As project goals are achieved, operational responsibility progressively transitions to the community and local partners. JKB Humanitarian Foundation continues to serve in an advisory, mentorship, and support capacity as needed after project completion.

·        Transfer operational leadership and responsibilities to local teams

·        Strengthen governance, leadership, and management systems

·        Encourage independent, community-led growth and development

·        Provide training and capacity-building for local implementation teams as needed

·        Identify local funding sources and long-term sustainability strategies

·        Continue mentorship, monitoring, and advisory support
