Following a successful Discovery Site Visit, a JKB Humanitarian Foundation project manager will work collaboratively with community representatives to design a pilot project using the SMART framework — Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound.

 Core Functions

·        Strengthen relationships with community organizations and partners

·        Design the pilot project structure and scope

·        Define project goals, objectives, timelines, expected outcomes, and success indicators

·        Develop step-by-step implementation actions

·        Create monitoring, accountability, evaluation, communication, and reporting systems

·        Develop written agreements outlining roles, responsibilities, funding, timelines, accountability measures, and expectations of all parties

Purpose

   To develop a clear, measurable, realistic, and community-supported pilot project that is strategically designed, collaboratively

   implemented, and ready for full-scale execution.
